trac2.ca A 24 storey concrete condo tower in Vancouver — 996 tasks, full critical path, built from a handful of inputs. Structure type, building use, sitework, number of levels. From those it writes the whole schedule: excavation and shoring, three levels of underground parking, a transfer slab, the floor cycle up 24 levels, the finishing package chasing it up the building, elevators, and closeout through to occupancy. The sequencing came off real jobs. The fly tables strip off one floor and form the floor above. The window curbs release the finishing trades. The hoistway doors are one per landing.
