No hidden fees! The transaction fees listed are the only fees you'll pay per sale. Payment processing fees from Stripe are included in the transaction fee.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

For paid plans, you're charged monthly on your subscription date. For free plans, transaction fees are deducted from each sale automatically.

Any digital product: ebooks, courses, templates, music, videos, software, digital art, fonts, and more. If it's a digital file, you can sell it on PengDrop.

We support all file types including PDF, ZIP, MP4, MP3, PNG, JPG, EPUB, and more. As long as it's a digital file, you can upload it.

Free plan supports up to 100MB, Pro plan up to 1GB, and Business plan has unlimited file size.

Yes! You can sell your products on multiple platforms including PengDrop. There are no exclusivity requirements.

Payments go directly to your Stripe account. We integrate with Stripe to handle all payment processing securely. You'll receive payouts according to your Stripe settings.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.

Yes, you'll need to connect a Stripe account to receive payments. Don't have one? You can create a free Stripe account during setup.

Yes! Pro and Business plans allow you to use your custom domain (e.g., shop.yourdomain.com) instead of yourstore.pengdrop.com.

Yes! You can customize your store's colors, logo, description, and product pages to match your brand.

Yes, Pro and Business plans allow you to remove PengDrop branding from your store and checkout pages.

Very secure! We use industry-leading security measures. All payments are processed through Stripe, and your files are stored on secure, encrypted servers.

Free plans include email support, Pro plans get priority support, and Business plans include dedicated support with faster response times.

You can cancel anytime. Your store will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the Free plan automatically.
